Welcome to our new challenge race!
A new and tough route suitable for experienced runners – which passes through all the ridges and springs of the Jerusalem hills
The route leads from the first station in Jerusalem, passes by the Biblical Zoo and climbs quickly next to Kennedy, which overlooks the mountains, and takes us to the springs and terraces of the Sataf, the springs and the paths of Ein Limon and Ein Rafa. Nahal Kisalon and Ein Kobi – all this before climbing back to the ruins of Sa’adim before returning to Jerusalem.
The runners will be guided by skilled runners who are capable of crossing the most challenging route ever created in Israel – 120 kilometers with 3500 meters of climbing.

Refurbishment and inspection stations: Along the way there will be 11 inspection stations scattered along the road in addition to the beginning and end areas
Every stop will have treats, a refreshing drink and a warm atmosphere.
At the check points, the race marshals will monitor the runners of the long run, making sure to get in and out to continue running
Must pass at all points along the run. There will also be additional checkpoints that we will not announce in advance
The refresh stations will be staffed according to the hours that will be published in the race bag, which will be sent to everyone personally by email.
It is necessary to stick to the opening and closing times of the check and refresh stations in order to continue the race
Medical services and first aid
At the start / end point, the command post will be set up and there will be an MDA ambulance that will provide an answer to those who have finished
At each point of exchange there will be a first aid kit
Along the route there will be 2 motorcycles with a paramedic walking around in all the segments
In two stations in the course that we will publish in advance, medical services will examine the runners who pass through the station, especially the long runners.
Mandatory equipment will be checked before entering the starting point!
Every runner is required to submit the registration documents including signing a health declaration. Without this statement you cannot participate in the race

Measuring times
Before each race, each participant will receive the participant’s kit with a chip that will accompany the runner along the entire route. At each checkpoint he will have to pass the chip on the controller that is created on the spot, and also tell the team to sit in the place and fill a manual table parallel to the computer system .

Difficulty
The race is defined at a high level of difficulty and therefore suitable for experienced runners who trained and know what they are coming for.
The route
The runway is not closed for runners. The run is based on KKL-JNF tracks – running on white trails and singles, you have to get ready and go through the race bag that will be published later, along the route there will be manned checkpoints, teams of marshals to patrol the hurdles and weak workers who will prepare and help.
The route is marked with the highest international standard in order to avoid any chance of error in navigating!
Cutting times stations and assistance to runners –
- Biblical Zoo 8 km – allowed assistance – 1:10 hours.
* Canadian hand – 17 km – allowed assistance – 2:45 hours
- Sataf – 26 km – allowed assistance – 4:45 hours
* Shoeva 35 km – allowed to assist – 6:15 hours
* Steady 45.5 km – the only water position aid is prohibited.
- Mount the pilots – 54 km – allowed assistance – 9 hours
- Ceylon-59.5 km water position only, and assistance is forbidden.
- B’nai B’rith – 71 km – allowed assistance – 11:45 hours
- Nahal Sorek – 81.5 km – allowed assistance – 14:30 hours
- Bar Giora – 85 km – Water station only – aid is forbidden.
Ein Kobi – 91.5 km – allowed assistance – 17:00 hours
- Canadian hand – 96.5 km – allowed assistance – 18:45 hours.
* Zoo 106 km – allowed assistance -19: 50 hours.
* The first station 115 km – allowed assistance – 20:45 hours.
General cutting time: 20:45 hours (15:00 pm Friday, 13.12.19)
- A runner who did not leave the station when the station was closed!
- There are no cutting times and no assistance at solid stations, kisalon and bar on the mountain
- A runner who did not meet the CUT-OFF will have to wait at the station for his aid vehicle to convene the central area.
