Welcome to our 10 km urban race.
The race is for people who take their first steps in the world of running and want to take part in the international celebration of HUM. The starting point is in the Wadi Refa’im Valley, near the Biblical Zoo, where you will run along with the other runners on the Jerusalem track, and the trail is an urban path that crosses cultures and religions, which will lead you from the outskirts of Jerusalem to our luxurious end.
You should not forget to encourage the ultras runners who return to the city after many kilometers in the Jerusalem hills.

Target Audience – You can only enter the age of 16.
Categories 10 km Men / Women Up to 39 men / women from 40+
All finishes will be given a Finisher Medal.
Refurbishment and inspection stations: There are numerous fountains scattered along the tracks.
At the check points, the race marshals will supervise the runners’ situation, check for arrival and exit to continue running.
Medical services and first aid
At the start / end point, the command post will be set up and there will be an MDA ambulance that will provide an answer to those who have finished
Along the route there will be 2 motorcycles with a paramedic walking around in all the segments.
10-km- morning race along the urban path, the trail is slightly rising with the sabra height of about 120 meters.
Number of refresh stations and audits
At the starting point and at the end point there will be time measurement. Along the route there are multiple fountains.
Before the race, each participant will receive the participant’s kit with a chip that will accompany the runner along the entire route. At each checkpoint he will have to pass the chip on the controller that is created on the spot, and also tell the team to sit in the place and fill a manual table parallel to the computer system.

The race is set at a slight difficulty level.
The race is not closed for runners. The run is based on a city trail. Note that along the route there are a number of crossing points – including a traffic light junction at the Oranim junction. When using road marshals, use race marshals.

We leave the zoo station and join the hundreds of runners from Israel and around the world who have come to run in the Jerusalem hills. Running slightly upward on the beautiful tracks. Pass through the outskirts of Jerusalem and the olive trees, near the sports campus and gradually through the city’s neighborhoods. The excitement rises as you approach the luxurious end of the city center.
